The actress played the character Kim Wexler for six seasons in Better Call Saul, a series created by Gilligan and derived from Breaking Bad.

Actress Rhea Seehorn, who became famous in the series Better to call Saulhas already signed a contract for a new project with Vince Gilligan, one of the creators of the plot.

After six intense seasons as Kim Wexler in the spin-off series breaking BadSeehorn will now work alongside Gilligan on an original Apple TV + production.

The new project has not yet been named, but it already has two guaranteed seasons and is expected to fit into the drama and sci-fi genre, and Rhea Seehorn will star. Vince Gilligan will direct production under an agreement Sony along with Jeff Frost, Diane Mercer and Jenn Carol.

The synopsis and other details of the script have not yet been released, but it is already confirmed that the new Apple TV + series has no relationship with the universe of breaking Bad neither Better to call Saul. By the way, Vince said that there are no plans to continue this franchise, but that nothing is impossible.

The only clue Gilligan released about the new production was a commentary on a TV show. “The show focuses on someone having problems, but he’s essentially trying to be a hero. It’s more allegorical,” she explains.
