‘Father there is only one 3’: First trailer for the Christmas-summer sequel to Santiago Segura

And who has not taken to eating cooked in the middle of August? Well, the same for the cinema: July 15 Safe Santiago premieres third part for ‘Father there is only one’, a full-fledged Christmas movie. Today, we have discovered the trailer for what promises to be one of the blockbusters of the summer. A film that, from the tranquility of the beach, reminds us that the Christmas holidays bring as much happiness as chaos.

For this occasion, the house of the massive family “led” by Javier García (Safe Santiago) and Marisa Loyola (Tony Acosta), father, mother and tamers of six children, will welcome the Eight (Carlota’s boyfriend) and the family’s grandfather. The rooms and corridors begin to shake… Along with them, uncles Paco and Carmen, the mother-in-law and the puppy. There is no time like Christmas for rest, rest, silence and, above all, peace.

Because it will cost (and a lot) for there to be peace after the arrival of the Eight, the boyfriend in question, a kid who decides to hang out in the García-Loyola living room, run out of toilet paper rolls without any hesitation and will receive, yes, the occasional mucus from the father of the family. Al Ocho, he interprets it the eyebrows, a young actor who already worked under Segura’s orders in ‘¡A todo tren! (Destination Asturias)’.

Next to him, the grandfather arrives: Carlos Iglesias (the paper was for Anthony Resines, who had to leave filming halfway after being admitted by Covid). He is welcomed by a Marisa who does not seem to be very clear about how small her house is, and the consequences that her arrival may have on the rest of the family. For example, about Milagros, the mother-in-law (loles lion), which will not remain indifferent.

The troupe of child actors Martina D’Antiochia, Calma Segura, Luna Fulgencio, Carlos G. Morollon, Sirena Segura Y moon lopez have been confirmed, along with the brothers-in-law played by Leo Harlem Y Silvia April. The film, thus, returns home with practically all its original cast. In the third part (and apparently in the trailer), entanglements are predicted, humor of the kind that only “the older ones” understand and a good adrenaline rush for seasoned parents.

‘Father there is no more than one 3’ will hit theaters throughout Spain on July 15, 2022, by Sony Pictures Entertainment Iberia, and will be available on prime video after passing through theaters.
