Netflix reveals “Stranger Things” and “The Umbrella Academy” bloopers

Netflix released two behind-the-scenes videos during Tudum showing the bloopers of the last few seasons of “Stranger Things” and “The Umbrella Academy”.

While the fourth season of “Stranger Things” featured a darker mood, the video shows the actors laughing out loud as they misspell lines, stumble on set, or improvise dialogue. At one point, you can see Joe Keery (Steve) and Maya Hawke (Robin) repeating the word “boobs” over and over. In another, Joseph Quinn (Eddie Munson) stumbles as he walks and readily says, “I think we woke up Vecna.” All these moments are accompanied by lots of laughter.

Laughter also follows the bloopers of the third season of “The Umbrella Academy”. In the video, the actors constantly seem to miss out on lines and unable to take themselves seriously, even while recording the most dramatic scenes.

Both series are heading into their final seasons. Both the fifth season of “Stranger Things” and the fourth season of “The Umbrella Academy” will conclude production. But they haven’t started recording yet and they don’t even have a premiere date.
