once: Supermaggot, brave long and muscular eyelid. When one of his garden friends is in danger, Supermaggot runs to his rescue. But when a magical saurian, aided by an evil crow, captures her, her friend Butterfly gathers all her friends to fly to her rescue!
Adapted from the best-selling children’s book, this 26-minute animated film is preceded by 3 short films (up to 40 minutes in total) with a common theme of nature and very different styles of animals that will fascinate young children.
What they love: Very soft drawing, cute characters, fabulous narration and an incredible finale… the little ones won’t have time to get bored, and the perfectly adapted duration allows Superasticot not to drag on too long.
The 3 short films offered upstream will also be able to charm young viewers: Bémol gives us the forest in solidarity with the beloved nightingale who caught a cold, Madame Coquinelli tells about the adventures of a mother ladybug suddenly locked in a matchbox. And Un Paradis… is a musical fairy tale with brilliant visual effects!
What might be bothering them: While none of the scenes are actually scary, the saurian, lizard-like wizard and his sidekick Crowe can be quite intimidating.
Some scenes can still be thrilling, like the one where the young toad is in danger in the middle of the road or the beetle that fell into the well… luckily, Supermaggot saves them in time!

What will they keep inside: In addition to its wonderful message of friendship and solidarity, Superasticot and the 3 short films that precede it are true declarations of love for nature and the wildlife that inhabit it.
In a context where biodiversity and environmental protection are issues that occupy more and more space in our daily lives, these programs are a gentle introduction for little ones.
Superastikot will hit theaters on September 28.
