Anxiety is at its peak among the poor. Bridget tells Avora and William that her marriage has been on the rocks for a long time. And their trip to the Canary Islands a few months earlier unfortunately prevented them from picking up the pieces. As they continued to argue, Reggie decided to come and spend a few days on the set to meet and ask himself what he wanted out of life. During the conversation, she indicates that she made a round trip to Seth last Friday because her husband refused to return. He argued again, Bridget left without even saying goodbye.
At the station, Lisa investigates the strange disappearance of Regis and consults his bank accounts. Obviously, he invested quite a bit of money before withdrawing the couple’s savings. Something surprises Aurora, who knows that her relatives haven’t had much spending lately. On the other hand, he remembers that Regis was a gambling addict and that he was banned from the casino. Lisa wonders if she’s reconnected with her old demons. According to him, he could get into debt with the wrong person and get into serious trouble. Afterwards, Aurora informs her colleague that her mother-in-law left for the set last Friday and that the discussion has degenerated. Bridget may have a difficult character, but Aurora doesn’t see that she is physically attacking her husband.
Meanwhile, Kareem searched Downie’s house. According to his information, Regi’s phone stopped working for the last time on Friday, at 19:38, at the time of his disappearance. In fact, Bridget may be the last person to see it.
Therefore, he was called to the police station. Seriously suspecting her husband of wrongdoing, the latter rebels and criticizes her stepmother for not reacting to such accusations. As Aurora makes her realize that it is important for her to tell what really happened, Bridget recounts the last discussion she had with her husband, specifying that she was telling him to take advantage of those fifteen days to tend the garden. It was from there that they would tell their four truths before he took the train to Paris at around 4pm.
At the hospital, Benedict and William wonder about their mother’s involvement in Reggie’s disappearance. As much as they represent the worst, Etienne says he’s convinced his stepdaughter is innocent. Therefore he advises them to attend him in this difficult trial.
Not far from there, Georges managed to pick up the serial number of Reg’s connected watch. Thanks to the signal that is still emitting, he manages to obtain GPS coordinates. Without waiting, Aurora and Karim go there and land in the forest. When Captain Said notices that the Earth has turned, Aurora starts digging and discovers the hand. Although Karim advises her not to go any further, Aurora continues to dig to make sure it’s not her stepfather. Unfortunately, it’s really Régis.
In high school, Francois and Charlie meet Benjamin and Alma. While his companion makes introductions, Dr. Ventura is mistaken and immediately thinks that Charlie is the professor’s daughter. Realizing his mistake, he apologizes to her.
Later, Charlie invites Nathan and Gabriel to drink with Francoise. If the latter are excited at first, they change their minds when they learn that there will be an English teacher. Even Adam walks away.
In the evening, Alma, Benjamin, Francois and Charlie gather together for an aperitif. While the teenagers argue about national education, Charlie suggests they play Who Am I? to improve mood. In revenge, taken for Françoise’s daughter, the young woman tries to make him guess “Doctor Maboule”.
After returning home, Benjamin confides in Alma that Charlie has been unruly. If he rated his colleague very much in love, he is still not very comfortable with their age difference. He even wonders if such a relationship can be viable over time.
Charlie still doesn’t forgive Benjamin for taking his daughter. Since they weren’t touching, the young woman bets that Alma and Benjamin’s relationship won’t last more than a month yet.
At dawn, Amel takes her sister to the exhibition and shows her a photo of Adam. Although Lisa admits that she should have talked to the young man about this earlier, she still believes that there is nothing embarrassing in the cliché. Making her sister feel uncomfortable, Lisa reminds her that she can always ask a classmate to take a photo. However, Amelie refuses. Lisa then confides in how beautiful she sees the photo and says she’s sure Adam is interested in her.
Meanwhile, Nathan overhears Camille looking at photos of Adam. Impressed by her gift, he wonders if she’ll agree to take a photo with him. Nathan then realizes that Adam has a crush on Camille too. He might prove otherwise, Nathan doesn’t believe him.
At the end of the day, Adam arranges Amelie’s meeting with Spoon. After apologizing to her for sending him that photo without permission, he tries to figure out if she messed up what was going on between them. Amelie refuses him and even agrees to have dinner with him to avoid the aperitif at his house.
