One of the biggest mysteries in ‘Wakanda Forever’ is finding out who is under the black panther suit The long awaited sequel has given fans a better look at the new Black Panther, so good, in fact, that some think they’ve figured out who’s hiding in the black and gold suit.
‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ will feature a new version of the superhero due to the death of Chadwick Boseman in 2020. After his death, Marvel announced that the role of T’Challa, king of Wakanda, would not be offered to another interpreter, and that the new film would honor the actor and the legacy of his character. Precisely, his co-star, Lupita Nyong’o, explained why there is no replacement for Chadwick Boseman, just as Kevin Feige has stated that he is “too early” to replace Boseman on several occasions.
The trailer released earlier this month did not reveal the identity of the new superhero, but a new featurette seems to have solved the mysteryat least for some.
The clip seems to suggest that the theory of a fan who loved T’Challa’s sister shuri (Letitia Wright), in the suit could be correct.

“It’s a difficult question to answer,” he told Empire about the new Black Panther. “I had a talk about it with Ryan Coogler and Chad when we were doing ‘Black Panther,’ and we touched on it briefly. When I realized I was going to play Shuri, I was really excited about it.”
So he didn’t answer directly, but he didn’t quell the rumors either, and that, in the MCU, might sound like silent confirmation. But we will know more about how T’Challa’s absence has been treated when we see the film, which will mark the end of Phase 4. Precisely, because it is a closure, will ‘Black Panther 2’ bring a forgotten element of Phase 4 ? we will know the answer next november 11.
