Fans Find Out They Edited Tenoch Huerta’s Body In ‘Black Panther’ (But Not In The Way You Think)

In “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” Tenoch Huerta’s appearance as Namor left fans excited and many even called him “sexy bad,” but that sensationalism was apparently curtailed by Marvel and Disney.

And it is that taking the design of the character from the pages of the comics in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU for its acronym in English), its design in general remained intact.

Aside from the fact that for “live action” Tenoch Huerta’s Namor became a part of Mesoamerican culture, his outfit and general appearance is a faithful copy of the comics, with his ankle wings and tight green shorts.

Although apparently fans on social media discovered that this wardrobe and Tenoch Huerta’s physique had to be retouched by Marvel’s special effects team.

Although Namor in the film only wears vibranium ornaments such as green earrings, gold bracelets and belt, as well as a gold and blue headdress around his neck, he basically only has green shorts for clothing.

The exercise and physique that Tenoch Huerta achieved for the film makes him look stunning on screen, but because it is a film suitable for all audiences and seen by many children, his body was modified in post-production.

This was discovered by some fans on the Internet who shared behind-the-scenes footage of “Black Panther 2” and found that Tenoch Huerta’s shorts showed his crotch, but in the movie that part of his body looks more discreet.

In addition to how he lied to get the role of Namor, Tenoch Huerta talked about the complications of having a very small wardrobe and having to adjust his shorts between takes.

Although they look good and practical in the film, the move to fit the wardrobe at all times around his crotch when playing Namor is what led the actor to call them “the shorts of shame”.
