A new clip from ‘Disenchanted’ has (finally) revealed the first song from the ‘Enchanted’ sequel, premiering on Disney+ this Friday (November 18).

The publicity team for this long-awaited sequel has kept the musical numbers well protected until now, but Disney has published a clip of the film through its channels in networks and in it we can hear the song’Even More Enchanted‘.

The minute-long clip shows Giselle (Amy Adams) and her stepdaughter Morgan (Gabriella Baldacchino) finishing up their move from Manhattan to Monroeville, a relocation the 16-year-old doesn’t seem to be managing very well.

Giselle tries to cheer Morgan up by starting to sing, recounting her past experiences feeling like a “fish out of water”.

In the sequel, which is Directed by Adam Shankman (‘Hairspray’), we will see Giselle uprooted from her family as she begins to tire of city life. After moving to the quiet suburbs, seeking a life closer to fairy tales, Giselle returns to the magic of Andalasia in an attempt to reclaim her happiness.

However, after “accidentally turn the entire town into a real fairy tale and put your family’s happiness at riskGiselle finds herself in a race against time to reverse the spell and find out what “happily ever after” really means to her and her family.

Co-starring with Adams and Baldacchino will be Maya Rudolph, Idina Menzel Y James Mardenwith Patrick Dempsey bringing Giselle’s husband, Robert, back to life.

The actor recently spoke with Digital Spy and admitted that reprising his role had been “absolutely liberating” due to the performer’s passion for the musical and dance numbers.

Learning the lyrics and the dance was an extraordinary experience and something I had never done before,” he commented. “It’s been amazing to be in a fairy tale for a while. I don’t usually get that opportunity and I really loved it.

‘Disenchanted’ will premiere on Disney+ on November 18.
