Even if it ends on Rue (Zendaya)’s note of hope, Euphoria Season 2 casts doubt on the future of its protagonists, especially Nate (Jacob Elord). The latter condemned his father Cali (Eric Dane) to the police and shot down Casey (Sidney Sweeney), who is angry with his best friend Maddie (Alexa Demi).

So unpredictable and so is Sam, but I’m glad to see how he goes in any direction. I have complete confidence in Sam, he is a bit of a crazy genius. So wherever he takes Nate, I’ll gladly go. “
Even if he trusts Sam Levinson, Jacob Elord still hopes that his character will develop a bit and that a conspiracy of euphoria will take his characters out of high school: “Probably my only hope is that I will no longer have to walk silently in the corridor of the institution. I am getting older.”
No information has been released about Season 3 at this time, but we can imagine a time jump and an after-school conspiracy. Especially considering Rue’s performance at the end of the last episode of Season 2, where he points out that “I stayed clean for the rest of the school year.”
Sam Levinson may want to start his third story a year after the events of Season 2, and when Nate is in his final year, that means the character played by Jacob Elord would no longer be in high school. To find out more we will have to wait for the first information on the third season.
