1 – Loose rice

To leave the rice loose, you have to wash it raw. Then remove some bud to keep it from sticking. Always use boiling water for cooking, in the ratio: 2 parts water to 1 part rice. When it’s ready, release it with a fork to prevent it from continuing to cook and sticking together.

2 – Cream Beans

For the broth to be more full-bodied, the more starch the grain has, the better. Beans, by the way, contain more starch. For the other types, after cooking, remove part of the beans with a slotted spoon, mash them with a fork and put them back in the pan. Stir and cook until thickened.

Next, heat enough oil to cover the potatoes, and when very hot, remove 1/2 cup (tea) and stir in 1/2 tablespoon (soup) cornstarch. Return the oil to the pan and add the potatoes. 4 – Very light apple

So that the apple does not turn dark, water it with lemon juice. The fruit remains clear for a day in the refrigerator. Another option is to use salt, as it’s a natural preservative and great for keeping the apples from turning black. If you want to use this option, just dissolve the salt in the water, add the apples cut into small pieces and let them rest for 3-5 minutes.

5 – Banana tip

Bought a green banana and want it to ripen faster to use in a recipe? Just take it to the low oven in a mold and cook it until it takes on a very dark yellow hue. Wait for it to cool down and use.
