Dino says those involved in “terrorist acts” face more than 20 years in prison

Justice Minister Flávio Dino said all those who participated in the invasions of the Three Powers’ headquarters in Brasilia, which he called “terrorist” acts, would be arrested and face sentences that could exceed 20 years.

“People who have participated in these acts, wherever they are, will be arrested on the spot,” the minister said at a press conference. “Unfortunately there are still people who talk about the continuity of terrorist acts… They will not be able to destroy Brazilian democracy.”

Dino added that the invasions and depredations are “terrorism” and “coup”.
