The first trailer for the new Amazon Prime Video series, ‘The Consultant’, starring Christoph Waltz, has been released. actor from ‘James Bond’ and ‘Inglourious Basterds’.
In this story, Waltz plays Regus Patoff, a business consultant.
“I offer a very simple service. My purpose is to improve the business, if that makes you see me as a monster, then so be it.Waltz says in his instantly recognizable voice as the trailer begins.
Based on Bentley Little’s 2015 novel of the same name, ‘The Consultant’ is described in its synopsis as a “comedy-thriller series that explores a sinister relationship between boss and employee.”
“When a new consultant, Regus Patoff (Christoph Waltz), is hired to improve the game company’s business compwarefocused on Apps, heemployees experience new demands and challenges that will put everything to the limit… including their lives“.
During the trailer, Waltz’s character, described by another individual as a “sociopath,” greets the staff members with a handshake and proceeds to sniff each and every one of them.
This trailer is exciting and bewildering at the same time. We see a bound figure being put in the trunk of a car (in what looks like a kidnapping), a mysterious character with an animal mask and a lot of drama…
The new eight-part series also stars Brittany O’Gradywhom we met in ‘The White Lotus’, one of the best HBO Max series, nat wolff from ‘Joe vs. Carol’ and Aimee Carrero from ‘The Menu’.
by the hand of showrunner and executive producer Tony Basgallop, the pilot episode of ‘The Consultant’ is directed by Matt Shakman, who also serves as executive producer on the project.
Waltz, Steve Stark and Andrew Mittman executive produce the series with Kai Dolbashian.
‘The Consultant’ will premiere on Prime Video on February 24.
