“Magic Mike’s Last Dance” arrives to be the final adventure of stripper Mike Lane, so Channing Tatum will present the best and most sensual dances of the saga along with his co-star Salma Hayek.
The film is the conclusion of the “Magic Mike” trilogy and, as usual, is full of scenes and “turns” that required hours of practice to perfect.
But in just one of those rehearsals between Salma Hayek and Channing Tatum, the Mexican had a near-death experience and it was all caused by a wardrobe malfunction.

Salma Hayek almost died in a sensual scene from ‘Magic Mike’s Last Dance’
56-year-old Salma Hayek was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Jan. 13 and talked about his role in the new movie ‘Magic Mike’s Last Dance,’ where he commented that he almost suffered a fatal accident.
Hayek revealed that in a rehearsal for the dance scene with Channing Tatum, she had to stand upside down while he held her up, but she lost her sense of direction and her clothes played a trick.
His Mexican actress movie “Silent City” (available for free on ViX) she said at the time she was more worried about her pants falling down than her safety, which made the situation worse.
Hayek said the confusion and Tatum’s grabbing of her feet could have cost her her life, though other members of the production quickly came to her aid to keep her from hitting her head.
Salma commented that her role in Magic Mike’s Last Dance as Maxandra Mendoza is not just limited to being an older woman who bonds with Mike and helps him put on a stripper show in London.
In his words to Entertainment Tonight on December 15, 2022, although he enjoyed being the one receiving a “dance around,” the scene was physically demanding.
“Magic Mike’s Last Dance,” directed by Steven Soderbergh, shows the stripper’s life after years away from the scene, until he falls in love with an older woman and together they put on one last great international show.
