Moment of removal from the stage is temporary due to health, Ozzy Osbourne explained
Ozzy Osbourne denied that he had retired permanently from the stage. Contrary to his previous statement, made in early February, he could imply that touring is still a possibility should his health improve.
Speaking on American radio SiriusXM (via yahoo) osbourne stressed that decision is momentary: “I got to the point where sharon [Osbourne, esposa e empresária] told me, ‘You know what, you can’t keep booking tours and cancelling.
“So if I get to tour again, that’s fine. If you ask me, ‘Can you do shows next month?’ I wouldn’t be able to say yes. I mean if I could do a tour. Right now I can’t book it because I wouldn’t be able to do it,” continued the musician.
In addition, after the doctor’s permission to return to the shows, the team would need at least six months to organize the logistics. ozzy complained about press coverage of his alleged retirement: “The press drives me crazy. I saw a magazine: ‘ozzy about being on the last legs.’ I’m not fucking dying.”
