Attention fans of “Elvis”this moment belongs to you: the movie Baz Luhrmann won a soundtrack special this Tuesday (7). With the right to unpublished presentations by Austin Butlersome contemporary versions of Elvis Presley classics and even a mix with the Backstreet Boysthe new version has 52 songs in all.

“Elvis’ entire music team has answered the call from fans with this new deluxe edition of the Elvis soundtrack,” Luhrmann told Billboard. “With everything from unreleased recordings by Austin Butler to contemporary versions of Elvis classics and a new mix with the Backstreet Boys, the Deluxe Album reveals all the complex layers of Austin’s performance, the music of Elvis and those who continue his legacy .”
Directed by Australian director Baz Luhrmann, responsible for successful films such as Moulin Rouge (2001) and The Great Gatsby (2013), the film presents an intimate portrait of Elvis Presley’s life and career, highlighting the troubled relationship between the singer and his manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Tom Hanks). The feature film has eight nominations at the 2023 Oscars, which take place on March 12, including Best Picture and Best Actor.
The film is currently available to stream on HBO Max.
