To avoid problems with the Coldplay show, the producer asked fans not to camp before RBD ticket sales
RBD announced four extra dates in Brazil. The group will perform in November, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The previously announced performances, on the 11th, 16th, 17th and 18th of November, caused fans to rush to buy tickets.
Upon confirming the new shows, Live Nation, the event’s producer, asked fans not to camp on the sidewalks of the Nilton Santos Stadium – the venue for the presentations and the official ticket office in the capital of Rio de Janeiro – so as not to disrupt the organization of the show. Coldplay.
“Due to the concert of the Coldplaywhich will take place on Tuesday, March 28, at Estádio Nilton Santos Engenhão, we request that fans of the RBD in Rio de Janeiro, do not camp and/or form queues before Wednesday (29). The sidewalks are being used for the production of Coldplay to carry out the railing of the queue for access to the show Coldplay on March 28,” the company wrote in a statement.
The sale to the public starts on March 29, at 8:00 am online and at 10:00 am at the physical box office. The formation of queues “will start between 4 am and 5 am on the 29th, the date of sale.”
