Change in two dates of RBD in Rio de Janeiro was motivated by the Libertadores final, which takes place in Maracanã
shows from RBD in Rio de Janeiro had dates changed again. One of the shows was scheduled to take place on November 19th, but underwent the first change after the announcement of four extra performances in Brazil.
After rescheduling for the 11th, fans pointed out that the date coincides with the Copa Libertadores final, which will be held at Maracanã. This Tuesday, the 28th, the producer of the event confirmed that, aiming at more tranquility and safety in locomotion, the show will be held on November 10th (Friday).
“We listened carefully to you about the difficulties of playing a show in Rio de Janeiro on November 11th, the same date as the Copa Libertadores final in the city. And to ensure the safety of fans, we will be making some important updates. If you have a ticket for the previously announced show on the 19th of November, it is not necessary to change it. This show, which is already sold out, will take place on the 10th of November,” says the press release.
Those unable to attend on the new date must request a refund of the total ticket price (including fees) by April 27, via the Eventim website.
The extra show that would take place on the 10th, also at the Nilton Santos Stadium, moved to the 9th of November (Thursday). Ticket sales start on Wednesday, 29th, at 8am online and at 10am at the box office on the west side of Estádio Nilton Santos.
