Influencer Cardoso Mundo later claimed that the actor is “a little boy” in the video, which led to the lawsuit filed by Caio Castro. According to information from columnist Fábia Oliveira, from the Em Off portal, the decision, published on March 23, and signed by Judge Lídia Regina Rodrigues Monteiro Cabrini, of the 3rd Civil Court of Regional Forum III, Jabaquara, determined the summons to the influencer by message on his personal account on Instagram, after he was not found in Contagem, Minas Gerais, to be formally cited.
Now, the influencer will receive the message on his Instagram account, and the wording “attaching and certifying a demonstration of sending the message to the documents”, having 15 days to present his defense on the lawsuit brought by Caio Castro. The plaintiff went to court and requested a summons by letter, as well as compensation for non-pecuniary damages of BRL 30,000, payment of costs, court costs and legal costs in the case, and a request to remove the video on the influencer’s social networks .
