But here we are will be “a heartfelt and moving response to everything the band has been through over the past year”, says the official statement. This work will bring together songs ranging from from anger to sadness to serenity and acceptance.
The first track that opens work on the new album is savedwhich has already been made available by the band.
Made by Greg Kurstin AND foo fighters, But here we are is practically the eleventh album of the band led by Dave Grohl and the first chapter of the new life of the band.
Sonically channeling the ingenuity of foo fighters in 1995, but with the maturity and depth of decades of experience, But here we are it’s the sound of siblings finding refuge in the music that first brought them together 28 years ago, a process as much therapeutic as it is lifelong.

saved
Under you
Hearing voices
But here we are
The glass
Nothing at all
Show me how
Beyond me
The teacher
