The band Super Combos the new one just came out Too latewhich has the special participation of the singer Victor Kley. The single is now available on digital platforms from the label bridge.
Too late it’s about the passage of time and how everything has its right time to happen. Second Leo Ramosvocalist and song composer: “This text was born at a time when I was reviewing different things in my life, thinking about what I wanted or still wanted to do and I didn’t”.
And he adds: “Some things seemed meaningless, like their time was already up, you know? And basically, when we talk about dreams, will, time turns another way, it’s not too early or too late for anything if you want really do something”.
Leo he pointed to some nostalgic elements throughout the composition, such as the reference to Tamagotchi, an electronic toy that had worldwide success decades ago: “I mixed some facets in the music just to compose this context of things crossing each other at different times. Talking about the past, but grounded in the present, I think it translates a lot into the concept of the track”concludes the vocalist.
The clip, recorded on the iFly Brazilin San Paolo (SP), presents Super Combos AND Victor Kley literally flying, in a visual metaphor that dreams are responsible for our wings: if we stop dreaming, everything loses its meaning.
“I was looking for a fun, pop and contemporary language, with the musicians changing their performance according to the rhythms of the melody. We also applied different elements of the 80s, both in the costumes and in the aesthetics”, explains the director Chris Tex.
