Dancer sues Anitta for appearing for 2 seconds in a series

The lawsuit, for improper use of the image, was also filed against the producer and Netflix

The dancer Kelly Tavares dos Santos is processing singer AnnitaTHE Netflix and the Conspiracy movie for what it says it is misuse of your image in the documentary series Anitta – Made in Honorlaunched in 2020.

According to the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Kelly is asking for payment of moral and material damages in the order of R$ 25,000 (subdivided among all those mentioned). The case is pending in the 40th Capital District Civil Court.

As verified by the columnist Ancelmo Gois, of the newspaper The globe, the dancer appears for only two seconds in the third episode of the documentary series showing the daily life of funk singers in Rio de Janeiro.

The report of Earth he tried to contact Conspiração Filmes, Netflix, Anitta and Kelly’s lawyers, but has not had a response so far.
