Caetano Veloso prepares to reveal the details of My coconut (2021), the first album of new songs in nine years – since hug (2012), in a new documentary. Entitled “Caetano Explains‘My coconut’”, the project focuses on an interview with fellow musician Charles Gavinmember of Titansfor a conversation that deepens the creative process and specific topics of the album released in 2021.
The material will be available, free of charge, from this Thursday, May 11, on the official channel of Caetano on Youtube. It is not yet clear how long it will last.
In My coconut, the veteran’s 26th studio album, the singer from Bahia presents a series of reflections that permeate from Silicon Valley to the future of Brazil, left in the hands of an entire generation of Enzos Gabrieis.
