Audiovisual project will have 3 divisions, which together will form the singer’s new album
Uriah released this Tuesday, May 24, the EP “HER MIND”, which marks the beginning of a new artistic conception for the singer. The new tracks will be divided into three EPs, which together will form the artist’s new album.
The first part has four tracks sung in English, Spanish and Portuguese, opening the singer’s strategies to reach the international market. With the production of Brabo Musicthe songs were written by the interpreter herself in partnership with Number Teddie, Rodrigo Gorky, Maffalda and ZebuBesides Alice Cayme in “Blossom”.
With lyrics that talk about self-reflection, existential equality, doubts and your vision
inside to the world, “HER MIND” is a confession of Uriah to the world from the perspective that it has built over all these years — and that is still building.
It is the first part of a mixtape focused on international sounds. Each part will have a sound, inspired by electronic and Latin music. The idea came from a doubt of what I was like inside
In this new audiovisual project, the sound is focused on instrumental, IDM, electronics, Avant-pop and trip hop, where the singer-songwriter brings musical references inspired by FKA Twins, death grips and the Scottish singer and DJ, SOPHIE.
Mastering was done by Chris Gehringerresponsible for projects such as the Born This Way, in Lady Gaga, Loudgives Rihannain addition to mixing tracks from the Future Nostalgia, in Dua Lipaand Cuz I Love Yougives Lizzo.
