sonically, Fantasy of a perfect love puts a lot of the beats that move into a blender Tofaniall in line with the language of pop music, which “it embraces various musical genres and, like a sponge, absorbs these sounds”. That’s why elements of disco music, reggaeton, funk BH, suffering, pisadinha, dancehall AND afrobeatswith pinches of R&B AND trap here and there, they are part of the experience of the new job.
Marcellus claims that the diversity of rhythms and references has been very important in the composition of a project that presents it to the public: “I think this meeting of rhythms is something that belongs very much to my generation, to the Internet age, where the same person who listens to Pabllo Vittar, for example, also likes Djonga, you know? I am the result of this generation and this it reflects a lot in my work”confess.
