Loona: Members win lawsuit against agency itself

Five members of Loona sued Blockberry Creative and had their contracts suspended

The relationship between Blockberry Creative and the members of Loona continues to yield issues and legal battles. Five members of the k-pop group sued the agency after signing contracts with Universal Japan without being consulted.
