A Time for fun (T4F), the company responsible for issuing tickets for the The Tour of the Ages In Taylor Swiftissued to official note just hours before the start of ticket sales for the singer’s extra dates this Monday (19).
On Monday (12th), an impressive online queue of over 3 million fans was formed by fans of Taylor Swift hoping to get tickets.
Several complaints have been made and the public ministry was called to investigate the situation of ticket sales by the T4F. The company was also informed by art procon.
Before starting ticket sales this Monday (19), the T4F said in a note that “does not condone the action of exchangers in any sales channel” and what it is measuring “efforts to combat this practice, which is harmful to everyone.”
“To ensure the safety of physical box office sales operations, we have had previous meetings with public bodies, including the Municipal Guard, the Civil Police and the Military Police, in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and we have the commitment of these institutions increase their presence in the headquarters. We are also in contact with the Procon of the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro”concluded the Time for fun.
