It is published: justice suspends the ban on working in Neymar’s villa

After such a dispute, with the right to debate and to be imprisoned, the Justice granted an injunction in favor of the works for the artificial lake in the villa of Neymar Jr.

The athlete’s father, Neymar da Silva Santos, who fell out with Mangaratiba Environment Secretary Shayenne Barreto and almost ended up behind bars, can now officially inaugurate his job.

The injunction suspends the interdiction of the artificial lake in the villa of the player’s family which is located in Mangaratiba, 85 km from the state capital of Rio de Janeiro

According to the judge of the Single Tribunal of the Comarca of the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, there are no indications of environmental crimes in the locality of the lake, where the Mangaratiba authorities carried out the interdiction last week.

“There is no indication of ‘continuous risk, imminent risk for the environment or for the population. All work and business prohibited’, not signaling any concrete or imminent risk – writes the agency, which signals a clear inconsistency in the ban of place.

According to information released by the columnist Ancelmo Gois, of O Globo, Neymar Pai’s defense filed a writ of mandamus last Wednesday (28/6), requesting the annulment of the writ. The lawyer argued “the absence of environmental crime”.

On Thursday (22), the Civil Police and the Mangaratiba City Hall carried out an operation at the player’s home Neymar Jr. in Mangaratiba in Rio de Janeiro.

A work on the site, which is 85 km from the capital Rio de Janeiro, was banned during the action after reporting an environmental crime.

Neymar’s father Neymar da Silva Santoswas in place during the action and received a prison sentence after changing with the Secretary of the Environment of Mangaratiba, Shayenne Barreto.

After being informed that he would be administratively fined and that the work would be blocked until he presented all the necessary licenses for the intervention, Neymar Santos got angry and asked some questions, among which, if he could not continue to use his home.

Despite being told that he could use the premises of his home, except for the prohibited part of the building, the player’s father continued to reflect and received a prison sentence, but family friends present intervened and asked to calm down while others spoke to the authorities.

In a statement, the Mangaratiba town hall clarified that during the operation, the secretary Shayenne Barreto disrespected Neymar’s father and gave him a voice in prison.

The provision was adopted on the basis of article 331 of the penal code, which considers the insulting of a public official in the exercise of the profession a crime. However, in consideration of the principle of reasonableness and following a request from Mr. Neymar Santos’ adviser, he was released to fulfill a commitment in São Paulo.
