Tears For Fears, one of the biggest rock acts in the world, has to get to Brazil in 2024. At least that’s what the journalist claims José Norberto Fleschwho informs that the duo formed by Roland Orzabal AND Curt Smith must appear on Brazilian soil between the months of May AND June.
The latest release from the British duo is the album The turning pointreleased last year, being the first studio work since then Everyone loves a happy ending of 2004 and which marks the return of the artists to Universal Music, now, with a new contract with Concordia band.
The last visit Tears of fear in the country it happened in 2017, when they performed at Rock In Rio.
OR Tears of fear was formed in 1981 by Roland Orzabal AND Curt Smithafter breaking up their first band, i graduate. They have since released seven studio albums: Evil (1983), Songs from the big chair (1985), The seeds of love (1989), with two discs without Curt Smith – elementary (1993), Raoul and the kings of Spain (1995) – Everyone loves a happy ending (2004) and The turning point (2022).
Among his great successes are such classics as Mad World , Change , Pale Shelter , Scream , Head over heels , Everyone Wants to Rule the World , Sow the Seeds of Love , Woman in Chains (with Oleta Adams, Phil Collins AND Manu Katchè), Destroy it againamong others.
It is estimated that the Tears of fear have sold more than 30 million records all over the world.
