Elvis Presley’s only daughter complained of abdominal pain

The singer Lisa Marie Presley died of a small bowel obstruction developed after bariatric surgery, according to an autopsy report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner (via People).

According to the coroner Dr. Juan Carrillo, Presley had abdominal distention for years, and even with pain in the region, she did not seek medical help. There was also acid buildup in the kidneys caused by disease or organ failure.

The deceased had a history of overmedication; she would forget that she had already taken her meds and take them again. […] He had a history of alcohol abuse and illicit drug use in the past. She reportedly had been clean since 2015. She smoked about a pack of cigarettes a day,” Carrillo points out.

Lisa Presley, who died aged 54 in January this year, is buried next to her son Benjamin Keoughwho committed suicide in 2020.

Riley Keough (Daisy Jones and The Six)another daughter of Lisa, and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, disputed inheritance and reached an agreement recently.
