The producers of BADZILLAformed by TUTI AC and LAN, prepare for their debut EP. Featuring MC Taya and MC Fredd on vocals, the duo brings that Brazilian twist to Afrobeat and reggaeton to bring the single to life. “Waterfall”available in streaming audio this Friday, September 15th.
With the idea of exploring sounds and compositions that stray from the obvious, this sound draws inspiration from the warm tone of summer with a beat that wanders one hour through funk, another through trap.
In the lyrics, Fredd brings a melody and a voice between Portuguese and Spanish, giving a different flavor to the work. MC Taya, in turn, comes with her powerful and sexy flow, which perfectly matches the rhythm of “Cachoeira”.
The track symbolizes the new moment in BADZILLA’s career, as it brings with it a mix of different musical genres. “The project was born from this desire to experiment and not limit ourselves from the beginning. So, for us, it is always a source of pride to put together possibilities that perhaps we hadn’t thought of before”, comments LAN.
