Barcelona shirt with Rolling Stones symbol will be used in classic against Real Madrid
Barcelona will wear a uniform printed with the iconic symbol of the Rolling Stones: a reddish mouth showing the tongue. As one of the team’s main sponsors, Spotify decided to replace its own logo to make room for the British band.
“This action is an example of how the partnership with Barça is more than just advertising. We are offering a platform for artists and their work in a way that has never been done before,” says the official website.

The choice is not for nothing. According to Barcelona, the Rolling Stones were selected because they are about to release their first new album in 18 years: “A Long Wait and Triumphant Return.” Hackney Diamonds Arrives this Friday the 20th.

The men’s and women’s teams will wear the shirt in El Clásico (against Real Madrid), on October 28th, and in the game against Sevilla, on November 5th, respectively.

Sales of the shirt start on Monday the 23rd and will be limited, with just 1899 units. The most fanatical will also be able to buy a shirt signed by Barcelona team players. There will only be 22 units available of this version. Other items of the partnership between Barça and Stonessuch as hoodies and hats, will also be on sale from the 23rd.
Starting this Friday, the 20th, the Rolling Stones will sell an exclusive package that includes vinyl with the Barcelona crest and a retro t-shirt, inspired by the 1960s, when the band was formed.
