Chico Buarque announces live recording of ‘Meu Guri’

This Friday (20th), it will arrive on digital platforms via the record label Thin biscuitthe live version of My Guri, first album of the tour How about a samba?, by Chico Buarque. The single announces the arrival of the double album with the complete recording of the show, which revisits almost sixty years of the composer’s songbook.

From the famous season with Mary Bethany (which gave rise to the album Chico Buarque and Maria Bethânia liveof 1975), Chico did not share the stage with a singer: in How about a samba?AND Monica Salmaso who shines alongside him, in solo numbers and duets.
