Aerosmith singer sued for sexual assault

Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith, is being sued by a woman who allegedly sexually assaulted him in 1975, when he was 17. The artist had already been reported for sexual assault last year by Julia Holcomb, who was also a minor at the time of the alleged crime. The information was revealed by TMZ.

According to documents obtained by the site, Jeanne Bellino met Tyler through a friend. She was walking along the famous Sixth Street with a group of acquaintances, when the rocker herself became irritated by a comment that she, the young girl, had made regarding the lyrics of a song. She, the former model, claimed that Tyler grabbed her and pushed her into a phone booth, where he began kissing and groping her. The celebrity also pinned the victim against the wall and pretended to perform sexual acts while wearing clothes.

Jeanne also says that she stayed with the group until the hotel where they were staying, because she needed her friend to leave the place. In the bedroom, Tyler groped and rubbed the young woman again, then left the room. She says she fled the plant in a taxi to her house, where she reported the situation to her sister.

In the lawsuit, Jeanne claims she continues to use medications to deal with “long-term physical injuries” due to the trauma. The victim sued Tyler for damages, but the document says the rocker committed “at least one misdemeanor or felony.” New York state law indicates that the situation could lead to criminal prosecution.
