Ivete Sangalo interrupted a show he was doing on Saturday 4th, to scold a woman who complained about the music he was playing. During her response speech, after the fan made a negative thumbs-down gesture, Ivete even cited the war to question the complaint.
“People understand a song like that [Poderosa, de Thiaguinho] and do it this way [gesto negativo] for music. For God’s sake, the world right now is experiencing one of the greatest wars we have ever seen. We are here to celebrate, socialize,” Ivete said. The singer did not specify which war she was referring to.
“What are you saying, my sister? He says this song is bad. No, it’s not. This song is wonderful. And I’ll tell you what, I’ll sing it as many times as I want,” Ivete also said. Watch the video below:
