On November 9, 2022, Gal Costa, one of the greatest singers in the history of Brazilian music, left us after suffering a massive heart attack. One of the most striking voices of her generation, the singer recorded 44 albums between 1967, when she released Sunday – partnership with Caetano Veloso and 2021, with No Painan album of duets.
