Drummer Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers surprised the audience at a bar in eastern Sao Paulo when he took to the stage to play a cover band show, playing songs from his band’s repertoire on drums.
Chad Smith frequented the Brazilian bar circuit to prepare for the shows. Before performing in the east of Sao Paulo, he also organized a party with a local band in a bar in Rio – on that occasion he played in Legião Urbana.
Furthermore, he attended a show by the duo Jorge and Mateus in the capital of Sao Paulo.
The band Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform in Sao Paulo this Friday night (11/10), at Morumbi Stadium, with tickets sold out.
