Green Day cancel London concert due to ‘unforeseen illness’

Rockers Green Day have been forced to cancel an intimate show they were due to perform London a few hours before going on stage.

You hitmaker In The American dream is killing me would perform on Friday (10) at Electric ballroom but they remained “really shocked” because they had to cancel the wind because of a “unexpected illness”.

“London, unfortunately tonight’s show has been canceled due to an unexpected illness,” wrote the Green day on your official profile on X. “We are truly upset about this and apologize for any inconvenience caused.”

And they continued: “Ticket refunds will be processed automatically next week. We’ll see you again at The Saviors Tour, if not sooner.”

The band formed by Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt AND Three Cool had already performed compact shows in Europe to promote their recently announced album Saviors.
