British star Dua Lipa, after releasing the long-awaited single Houdini, released last Friday (1) the extended edition of the single, with new verses revealed during the exclusive interview given by the artist Rolling Stonetalking about the creation of this song and the future album directly from the studio DB London. The song is now available on digital platforms via Warner Records.
“When I was in the studio working on ‘Houdini’ with my collaborators, our idea was to release a dance mix for the track,” explains Dua Lipa. “The song was already a perfect track for a night out, but the new third verse takes it to another level. We released it a little earlier than expected, but fans couldn’t wait any longer. I feel like this was a gift Christmas early for me too.”
In just a few weeks Houdini has already left his mark on the singer’s discography, reaching first place in the charts graphs radio from UKbeing the most viewed video on Youtube in launch week and providing the Dua his biggest debut on the list Billboard Hot 100.
