Since he retired from the scene at the end of 2022, the singer-songwriter’s greatest fun Milton Nascimento, 81 years old, is traveling. He has already toured Europe and always travels by car from Rio de Janeiro, where he lives, to Belo Horizonte, his hometown. These trips are always made to the sound of the Beatles.

Bituca recently had another moment of happiness: he personally met one of his idols, the former Beatle Paul McCartney, during the musician’s visit to Rio de Janeiro.
Milton adopted Augusto in 2017, after they became close. Since then, the son has taken care of the musician’s personal and working life. In the 1970s Bituca also declared himself the father of a young man named Pablo, the son of an ex-girlfriend. Milton also wrote a song for Pablo on the album Fish miraclessince 1973.
