Let’s be honest here, hot tub time machine It is an absolutely absurd film. I mean, with a name like that, it’s clear they weren’t trying to be anything other than that. The film will feature the characters of John Cusack, Rob Corddry and Craig Robinson go back in time to the 1980s (via a magical hot tub courtesy of Chevy Chase), resulting in ridiculous scams. The film nearly doubled its box office budget and became a home video cult, leading the way time machine 2 in 2015. We can therefore expect a third installment to complete the Jacuzzi trilogy? It is certainly possible, because there is apparently a mind-blowing idea floating around.
I recently caught up with Craig Robinson to talk about his new animated film. bad guys , and be a huge fan of the absolute absurdity that it is time machine in a hot tub, I couldn’t help but ask if there had been an internal discussion on this front. He told me this:
Oh my friend, the short answer is “no”. But the long answer is “absolutely not”. But I’ll tell you this, (writer) Josh Heald has an idea for Part 3 which is (makes a “big” move), so I’d love that to happen. Obviously, that would be a lot of work.
As you can see in the interview clip at the beginning of this article, Craig Robinson is feeling some excitement hot tub time machine. And even if they don’t seem to be actively working on a third installment, they’d like it to happen. It’s nice to know it’s not the furthest thing on their mind, as he and writer Josh Heald have obviously been discussing the potential project at some point in the past seven years since whirlpool tub 2 Publication.
It would probably be fair to say time machine 2 bombed at the box office, failing to recover the original budget. Stories like this tend to find their audience on home video, so that doesn’t mean it Whirlpool tub 3 died in the water. In fact, the long hiatus from the second installment might be a good thing to spark interest, because seeing Cusack, Corddry and Robinson reunite after all these years would be a real treat for fans. Especially once we discover this crazy concept Josh Heald is making up.
By saying “that would be a lot of work,” Craig Robinson is probably referring to his level of employment. Like the rest of launch Office, Robinson worked hard. The latest film of her, bad guys, has defeated some of the best box office contenders, and he seems quite proud of the given project the story he told us about the launch of Dreamwork. The movie was released on personal video (opens in a new tab) today, June 21, but still today ranks in the top ten films screened in theaters. Not bad, Craig. Nothing wrong.
