Jojo Todynho experienced a liberation on Monday evening (12/2) when he escaped the investment during his save by the Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel. Shortly before, the funk singer had also had problems with an accessory on her costume in Sapucaí.
A video, which is circulating on social media, shows Jojo dancing right in front of a float. The images reveal that the singer did not notice the approaching vehicle, when a member of the harmony team warned of the need to move forward and move away from the allegory.
Costume
At the start of the show, Jojo Todynho had an accident with his headdress, which didn’t go as planned. The funk singer had to continually adjust the piece so that it did not fall on the avenue and, consequently, did not affect the samba school’s performance in the ratings.
Despite the failures, the singer praised the result of Mocidade’s collective effort. “What prevails is our character. I am numb, speechless”, he told Milton Cunha, in the Globo studio. “I say exactly this: ‘The body is just an accessory, what prevails is our character’. Our character has repercussions throughout the world, the body goes away.”
