Simony has undergone medical tests to confirm that her bowel cancer is still in remission. The 47-year-old singer began fighting the disease in 2022 and worried fans on Tuesday (20/2) when she announced her new procedures.
“A mix of anxiety, fear and a lot of faith,” Simony wrote in a photo published on Instagram. After the repercussions, the artist explained that she undergoes a series of tests every six months, during which she undergoes magnetic resonance imaging and pet scans, equipment capable of detecting tumors in the body.
