“Respecting his 81 years on the road, we will meet all the voices of Milton Nascimento,” the school announced.
Bituca also celebrated the news on his Instagram. “It is with great emotion that I accepted Portela’s invitation to have my story represented in the greatest show on Earth. In 2025, this giant’s theme will be ‘Milton Nascimento’. What an honor to be honored by the school with multiple titles in the history, the Majesty of Samba! Milton retired from the stage with a farewell tour in 2022. The singer’s last performance was at the Estádio do Mineirão, in Belo Horizonte, the city where Clube da Esquina was born.
