Known for always giving controversial opinions publicly, Matty Healy spoke for the first time about alleged mentions of him in songs on his latest studio album Taylor Swiftentitled The Tortured Poets Department (2024).
It is worth remembering how Swift does not mention, in any verse, the name of Healy, but the two artists had a brief relationship recently. Two of the tracks believed to be about the singer of The 1975 they are “The Tortured Poets Department” It is “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.”
Approached by paparazzi Entertainment Tonight last Wednesday, the 24th, the artist was asked about his opinion regarding the “diss track by Taylor.” Matty Healy reacted with good humor and revealed how he didn’t get to listen to many songs from his 11th studio album Taylor Swift.
