Paula Mattos joins Anna Akisue, present in The Voice Brasil, on the single “Do Meu Jeito”

Anna Akisuea great success of “The Voice Brasil”, which became a dispute among the greats Lulu Santos ANDMichel Telo and reached the quarter-finals of the program in 2016, returning as a guest in 2017 to perform in the final of the reality show, establishing himself as the spearhead of the national team in the edition in which he competed, teaming up with the great composer and singer Paolo Mattowith whom he has already shared vocals on the tracks Thaeme and Thiago (“I already loved you”), Naiara Azevedo (“Ele Não Merece A Gente”) and other names in country music, to launch the duet “Do Meu Jeito”, arriving this Friday 3 May.

The track, produced by the great Rock, guitarist of Latin idol Ricky Martin and Thiago Sucrethe businessman and music producer, CEO of Lag Lounge, Sucre Records and Sucre Estúdios, who has welcomed names such as Marina Sennais to make anyone dance with a cheerful and positive message and an engaging sound:

“Do Meu Jeito is a song that lifts anyone’s spirit. It’s an emotional, danceable song, with lyrics full of positivity and hope. It’s about taking life lightly, doing everything your way, with purpose, with love and joy. It’s about seeing life as unique and living in the present.”, Anna said.

Anna also explains that she carefully chose Paula Mattos to work with. The reason? In addition to having a deep admiration for the singer’s sound and story, she believes the two have the same vibe, which she fits the song perfectly:

“The choice of this undertaking was made because, in addition to greatly admiring Paula’s professional path, she is an artist and a person who reverberates the message of the song and this was essential! I believe that a message is successfully transmitted only if the messenger believes in what he says. And that’s what I saw in Paula! She was already part of my life, as a friend, so working together is just another aspect of our relationship!”, he revealed.

The production could not be of less artistic excellence: in addition to Rocha, he invited Sucre Marco Romeraone of the greatest Brazilian pianists, Juninhoknown as the bassist of the biggest drag queen in Brazil, Pablo Vitar and the unique technique of Filippo Moura, which creates a special sound with brass instruments, to compose the intense sound of the song. And, of course, Anna’s impeccable voice, with whom she has already had a collaboration João Carlos Martins and was one of the stars of “Disney In Concert,” a hit that revisits classic movie songs in a large live orchestra.

Anna says this song is very special and brings out the desire to live a prosperous, slowed down life and wants it to become a rallying cry for complete happiness:

“I really believe in this sound. I think it’s a message that needs to be conveyed! Prosperity slows down. We just have to make money by living our way! This song is like a rallying cry about the urgency of being happy and an invitation to sweeten your life through the details. And in such fast-paced times we live in, that’s a lot!” he added.

Together with Paula Mattos, Anna stars in the music video, directed by Sucre, and revealed that the story revolves around two people who leave the monotonous reality in moments of daydreaming, this being the way they have found to live their their dreams, a true metaphor for the main message of the song:

“The music video of “Do Meu Jeito” tells the story of two people who do not actively live their dream, but who detach themselves from reality and daydream every day. Which is a direct link to the song, which is about to leave our comfort zone to pursue our dreams, doing everything our way, with our purpose and lots of love.”

He was responsible for the style of the clip Jessica Arnold who, in addition to being a stylist, is Anna’s manager. He is responsible for the costumes of big names in music, like her. Paolo Matto, Lexa and the duoMaiara and Maraisa.

“I really wanted to bring the universe of artists into this clip, to really be in their own way in every aspect and detail. A very pop universe and each in their own style!”, said the professional.
