The singer included ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ in the new stage of ‘The Eras Tour’
Taylor Swift returned to performing shows The Eras Tour last Thursday, 9th, in Paris. The singer had taken a break in March, and in April, she released a new album. As a result, she needed to change the repertoire of her performances to include a new era.
During a show this Friday, 10th, also in Paris, Swift revealed to the public that he has been rehearsing the addition of The Tortured Poets Department to his “eight or nine month” tour.
“Paris is the first city to see the new chapter of The Tortured Poets Department from the The Eras Tour“, he said. “I have to tell you, it’s been so rewarding to play this album for you, because we started planning this surprise eight or nine months ago.”
“And then, when we took two months off from touring, we actually didn’t rest, we just went straight back to rehearsals,” he continued. “So I’d like to applaud my team, my dancers, my band, my backup singers, everyone who did this.”
