According to WGRZ, the girl was in the audience at a performance in Buffalo, New York, United States, on April 30, when she was hit by the singer, Giovanni Floreani, which blew towards the fans. In the act, he ended up hitting Bird on the head, causing a serious spinal cord injury.
After the jump, the crowd helped John get up and he, at first, thought the girl had just fainted. When she noticed how slowly she woke up, the singer stayed by her side and accompanied her by ambulance to the hospital, where she underwent emergency surgery.

Bird’s family has set up a page to raise money for the girl’s medical expenses, which are not expected to be reimbursed. On their official account on X, formerly Twitter, the musical group shared the “fundraiser” and complained about the situation.
“Following a tragic accident on the evening of April 30, a Trophy Eyes fan was injured during our show in Buffalo, New York. We decided to stop the show immediately while John accompanied them to the hospital with his family Out of respect for the family, we have until now refrained from talking about it publicly, but with their blessing we can now say how truly heartbroken we are to be here now.”
“Our friend Bird is in recovery but still has a long road to go. Her family has created a GoFundMe campaign, you can donate. This situation has shaken us to the core and we ask for your patience as we try to help Bird recover during this difficult time. Please keep Bird in your thoughts. We remain in close contact with them and will look into this further as new news comes in,” they wrote online.
