Both complained that 30e did not respect the structure of the presentations; the manufacturer has not yet commented on the case
The singers Ivete Sangalo AND Ludmilla announced the cancellation of the tours they would have done before the end of the year, The party AND Ludmilla at home, respectively. Both announced the decision in a statement published on social media this Wednesday 15th and believed that the show’s producer, the 30e.
OR Estadao has reached out to 30e for a statement on the matter, but has yet to hear back. The space remains open.
The party, a tour celebrating Ivete’s 30th anniversary, will begin June 30 in Manaus. The singer also performed in cities such as Brasilia, Aracaju and Salvador. In December he will perform at Allianz Parque, in Sao Paulo, and in April he will sing at Nilton Santos Stadium, in Rio.
Already Ludmilla at home, to celebrate 10 years of Ludmilla’s career, would have started on the 25th, at the Jeunesse Arena, in Rio. The artist had scheduled dates in cities such as Recife, Salvador and Belo Horizonte. On June 8th she will also perform at Allianz Parque.
“For reasons beyond the control of Ludmilla and her team, the Tour of Ludmilla in the house it’s deleted. The decision was made due to the failure of the producer responsible for the tour to comply with the conditions established in the pre-contract for the feasibility of the shows planned months ago. This makes this tour impossible,” the singer’s team wrote in the statement.
Ludmilla said she was “sad about the cancellation of the tour”. “I hope to be able to perform as soon as possible in the various cities announced and I want to reciprocate, in the best possible way, all the affection you have given me all this time”, she commented.
The Ivete team associated the cancellation of The party with the “awareness that the production company in charge of carrying out the shows would not be able to guarantee the conditions necessary for the artist’s presentations to take place in the way they were conceived, with the excellence and safety promised and agreed upon” . The statement said the artist wants to be able to perform soon in cities where performances were scheduled.
“Implementing a project of this scale requires the mobilization of a complex structure, which would only be vital if there was an adequate level of planning and organisation, which guaranteed, with the necessary notice, all the conditions promised, foreseen and agreed in the contract”, the note continues.
Both Ludmilla and Ivete’s teams advised fans who had purchased tickets to the shows to contact the producer for a refund. So far 30e has not provided any further information.
