Last Monday (20th), the former entrepreneur Guillermo Rosas spoke out for the first time following rumors of financial misappropriation during the Rebel Soy Tour From RBD.
In a statement sent to People en Español, Guillermo Rosas’ company, T6H Entertainment, responded to allegations of fraud at the Rebelde Tour.
“At no time did T6H Entertainment, nor Guillermo Rosas, nor any employee of the company divert or make illicit use of any kind of money coming from the Soy Rebelde Tour. Nor did they participate in any kind of hijacking of any kind, as suggested by some stations media“, he has declared.
“A first audit (forensic investigation) has already been carried out by the accounting firm Citrin Cooperman in New York, which proves that there is no fraud or misuse of funds by T6H. Nonetheless, the parties have mutually agreed to carry out a second audit with another company for a second confirmation”, continuous.
The memo states that less than 10% of the tour’s finances were under the care of Guillermo Rosas. “These were handled by T6H mainly during the pre-production phase for the realization of this project. The company Souls Productions Inc, the company responsible for the artists, handled the rest of the tour revenues and funds (more than 90% ) from the first week of weekend show”he underlined.
“T6H and Guillermo Rosas have been active promoters of this reunion tour and conversations have been held with each of the artists for several years”He said.
“We who constitute T6H Entertainment trust that this communication will serve to clarify doubts, contributing to transparency and clarity”, finished.
