Four music festivals are taking place this weekend


Rio and Sao Paulo have an intense musical program with marathons of rock, rap, pop and samba shows

Four music festivals, with 100% national programming, will take place simultaneously this weekend in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The Rio events are Doce Maravilha and Tim Music and the Sao Paulo events are Somos Rock and Nômade.

One of these is free, Tim Music, which takes place on Copacabana beach, while the others vary in price, between R$161 (half at Somos Rock) and R$410 (full at Doce Maravilha).

The program ranges from rock to samba, with options for all tastes and everyone sings in Portuguese.

In Sao Paulo, Somos Rock highlights include Ira!, Blitz, Frejat and Raimundos, while Festival Nômade brings together Pabllo Vittar, Urias, Marina Sena, Baco Exu do Blus, Alceu Valença and the duo Nando Reis and Arnaldo Antunes. In Rio, the Doce Maravilha Festival is characterized by combinations, such as ÀTTØØXXÁ & É O Tchan, Criolo, Mano Brown & Rael, Maria Bethânia and Xande de Pilares, and Jorge Aragão BK, Negra Li, Ana Carolina, Djonga & Xamã, in addition at Paralamas do Sucesso and Capital Inicial shows celebrating classic records. Finally, the Tim Festival brings together Marina Sena, Baco Exu do Blues, Gloria Groove and a tribute to Beth Carvalho with Diogo Nogueira, Marvvila and Roberta Sá.
